Every time i access connectwise file download

Hi, I am quite new to Connectwise and have a few issues on where or how to setup this script. The end result i am looking for,is for Connectwise to check daily to see if a local admin account is present called SupportAdmin and if it doesn't exist for Connectwise to create one.
